Breakfast with Maha

Believe in yourself, back yourself and be true to yourself was the inspiring and motivating message received last week hearing from Maha Sinnathamby AM. From humble beginnings in war torn Malaysia, Maha Sinnathamby is known as a visionary and one of the drivers behind creating Greater Springfield with business partner Bob Sharpless. Greater Springfield is now three decades in the making, with a population of more than 42,000 (2022) and a predicted growth rate of six percent per annum over the next twenty years. Maha Sinnathamby’s impressive accomplishments have been recognized around Australia.

Hearing about the journey of where Springfield began to where it is today, and still only being 32% complete was a revelation! There are even more exciting things to come for Greater Springfield in health, education and the technology space. And as always it is a pleasure to network and catch up with some of our hard working Springfield Regional Jobs Committee members along with friends from Greater Springfield business.
