Official Launch of the Inala Suburban University Study Hub! 

It was fantastic to see The University of Southern Queensland – Australia’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Karen Nelson, and Executives welcome the Hon Milton Dick MP, Federal Member for Oxley and Speaker of the House, to officially launch the Inala Suburban University Study Hub.

Thanks to funding from the Australian Government, this new hub will provide all tertiary education students with access to a dedicated study space, high-speed internet, video conferencing, and academic and personal support services—significantly improving access to education in one of Queensland’s most disadvantaged areas.

Beyond study support, the hub will also help meet future skills needs by partnering with local businesses and industries to offer internships and mentoring opportunities, ensuring students gain practical experience and build valuable professional networks.
