School to Work Pathway Initiative Takes Flight in Ipswich City with Launch Event Attended by Local MPs
Regional Development Australia Ipswich & West Moreton is thrilled to announce the launch of the School to Work Pathway initiative in Ipswich City. The event was attended by Jennifer Howard MP and Lance McCallum MP, who both expressed their support for the program.
The School to Work Pathway is a collaborative effort between Ipswich City Council, TAE Aerospace, and Aviation Australia. The initiative is designed to provide young people in the region with valuable career opportunities in advanced manufacturing and engineering.
Starting on March 9, 2023, the program is set to equip the next generation of workers with the skills and experience they need to succeed in these industries. With a focus on hands-on learning and real-world experience, the School to Work Pathway is poised to become a key player in the region’s efforts to support the growth of its local economy.
Regional Development Australia Ipswich & West Moreton is proud to be a part of this exciting initiative and looks forward to supporting its success in the years to come.
