Success at Today’s Jobs Now! – Ipswich Expo

The Jobs Now! – Ipswich Expo on Wednesday 23rd October, saw a successful turnout, bringing together hundreds of local job seekers, employers, and community leaders. The event provided a valuable platform for promoting employment opportunities and strengthening local workforce development.

Representatives from RDA Ipswich & West Moreton shared a booth with Liz Conroy from the Springfield Regional Jobs Committee to raise awareness about the Springfield Regional Jobs portal and the IWM Jobs portal. The expo provided an opportunity to engage with employers and local figures, including Krystal Hoskin (The Salvation Army Employment Plus), John Perry OAM (Local Jobs Taskforce Wivenhoe), Katrina McNie (ETC and RDA Ipswich & West Moreton Committee), and Mikayla Gray (ETC Workforce Australia Wivenhoe).

The event highlighted the collective efforts of organisations dedicated to driving local employment opportunities.
