Woodcrest Community Networking Breakfast Fosters Opportunities for Young Job Seekers

This month, it was an honour to attend the Woodcrest Community Networking Breakfast, hosted by Woodcrest State College. The event provided a valuable platform for local businesses and the school community to come together, fostering opportunities for young job seekers.

It was inspiring to hear directly from students about their experiences with school-based apprenticeships, part-time work, and work experience opportunities. The breakfast is a fantastic initiative by Woodcrest State College and WesTec Trade Training Centre, supported by the Queensland Government, local businesses, and registered training organisations (RTOs).
